RED CHILLI PASTE



INGREDIENTS:


  • Dry Red Chillies - About 10 (I've used a mixture of Kashmiri Chillies and Spicy Chillies)
  • Water - About 200 mls
  • Salt - As per taste


METHOD:

1. Put the chillies in a bowl. Add the water and soak it for about half an hour.

2. Transfer this mixture into a blender, add the salt and blend it into a smooth paste.

3. Store in an airtight container. Keep it refrigerated for best results.
