Yesmien’s Basaar Mix

This recipe is basically a Kashmiri Spice Mix (something like a Garam Masala or Curry Powder)

It has 10 ingredients: 

1/8 tsp Asafoetida, ground

• 50 g Chilli, hot powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground

Baking & spices

• 1 tbsp Fenugreek, dried leaves
• 3/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds, ground
• 1 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• 25 g Paprika
• 2 tsp Turmeric
• Oils & vinegars

  • 4 tsp Mustard oil

  Nuts & seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
